3. Pricing and Payment Terms

4. Service Delivery Process
4.1. Timeline:
• Standard delivery time is within 24 hours from receipt of all required information
• Timeline begins once all necessary client information is received

5. Revision Policy
5.1. 12-Month Revision Period:
• Valid for 12 months from final document delivery
• Applies to original purchased documents only

5.2. Covered Revisions:

• Addition of new certifications and training

5.3. Revision Exclusions:
• Complete resume rewrites or restructuring
• Creation of new documents

• Converting to a different format or style
• Creating additional versions

5.4. Revision Process:
• Submit requests through a designated platform/email
• Provide specific change details
• 3-business-day completion timeline

6. Guarantee Policy: Double Your Interviews in 60 Days
6.1. Eligibility:
• Guarantee applies to resume packages only
• Client must apply to a minimum of 20 relevant positions within 60 days
• Position applications must align with the client’s experience level
• Applications must be within the client’s target industry or transferable field
• Client must use the resume or CV provided without substantial alterations

6.2. Documentation Requirements:
• Maintain a job application log including:
o Company name
o Position title
o Date of application
o Application method (direct/job board/referral)
o Copy of job description
• Track all interview invitations received
• Provide baseline interview rate from the previous 60 days
• Screenshot evidence of applications submitted

6.3. Success Measurement:
• Interview rate measured by formal interview invitations
• Phone screenings and initial recruiter calls count as interviews
• Video and in-person interviews count as interviews
• Automated rejections or no responses don’t impact the guarantee
• Success = 2x or more interview invitations compared to baseline

6.4. Claim Process:
• Submit the guarantee claim within 14 days after the 60-day period ends
• Provide complete application log and documentation
• Include all interview invitation communications
• Allow 5 business days for claim review

6.5. Guarantee Fulfillment:
• Free resume or CV rewrite if guarantee conditions are not met
• Revised document delivered within 24 hours
• One round of revisions on the rewritten document

6.6. Exclusions:
• Guarantee void if:
o Resume altered without approval
o Applications made to unrelated positions
o Required documentation incomplete
o Minimum application threshold not met
o Applications made outside the 60-day window

7. Client Responsibilities
7.1. Information Requirements:
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respond to queries promptly
• Review delivered documents within specified timeframes
• Provide feedback within revision periods

7.2. Communication:
• Maintain professional communication
• Respond to service-related queries
• Provide necessary clarifications

8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1. Document Ownership:
• Final documents become client property upon full payment
• Writing process, templates, and methodologies remain our property

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Scope of Liability:
• Limited to the amount paid for services
• Not responsible for:
o Career outcomes
o Hiring decisions
o Third-party actions
o Lost opportunities

10. Service Termination
10.1. Right to Refuse Service:
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Service may be terminated for:
o False information
o Terms violation
o Abusive behavior
o Non-payment
